What you should know before you start training!

What you should know before you start training!

Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body; it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. -John Kennedy

If you are reading this, you more likely started considering getting into working out your body. Or already have been doing it and just scrolling around.

Working out for some people comes as a sort of therapy for others is an unpleasant event. Also its the least priority in most people’s lives, work and family come first, and only then most people decide to take care of themselves.

With that comes a lot of excuses to miss on that so “undesired” training today and do it tomorrow, looking for a magic exercise that will eliminate all the problem areas with the least discomfort in the shortest time.

Going to disappoint short cut searchers: these excuses have no evidence to be sufficient to reach your goals. You will only waste your time and spend lots of energy trying to ignore your body and mind.

Let’s look at the positive side of training benefits in general. The first time of training may be an enjoyable experience for those who come with a progressive mind and excitement for getting one step closer to achieve their goal.

Body composition changes. Most apparent and for many not achievable as its not big and essential motivation. Let’s go deeper into our body composition and what does it say about us. After this, you may change the way you think about your body composition. The term body composition describes the percentage of fat, water, and muscle in human bodies. With physical exercise, your body begins to change at the cellular level, releasing more energy with less oxygen. Heart function improves, and the capillaries increase to allow a more efficient flow of oxygen and nutrients. Muscles, joints, and bones strengthen to accommodate proficiency at the preforming activity. Over time your body changes into desired shape and composition.

Muscular strength increased. Bones, muscles, and joints help our bodies to move. Keeping them healthy is critical for our daily activities without limitations. Muscle training preserves or increases muscle strength and power. It makes our everyday lives more comfortable.

Increased Flexibility. If you focus on a full range of motion, you will increase your flexibility even with resistant training.

Physical activity improves cardiovascular function and blood lipid management.

Reduced obesity and glucose intolerance. Glucose is circulating sugar in the blood and the major energy source of the body. Glucose is a breakdown product of carbohydrates that becomes a raw material for energy. Glucose intolerance is the inability to metabolize glucose.

Depression. Your body produces endorphins when you exercise; this plays a significant role in fighting off your mood. Strength training allows you to overcome obstacles in the controlled environment. This grit and effort help you to bounce back from difficult experiences in your daily life.

Better sleep. When you work out, you braking your muscle tissue. It builds and grows when you are out of the gym or when you are resting. Muscle growth and deep sleep are interdependent. When you sleep deeply, your body fixes its hormone balance, which in return, repairs your muscles.

Enhances self-esteem and feeling of control. A sense of achievement makes you feel in control of all the rest situations in your day.

All these positive benefits that you get from training will have a significant impact on your daily life. There are many more that we will get into in our later blogs. I just wanted to list most demanded by people.

The mind you have when you approach your new lifestyle will determine your progress and its speed.

Be strong, progressive, positive, and be happy with the effort you have put into your training experience.

Enjoy the process! 🙂
