Cancelation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality care to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our trainer, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call Olga 080-7177-1128 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call at 080-7177-1128 between the hours of 09:00-21:00. If necessary, you may send an email [email protected], or message on messenger, Line, Whats app. We will reply as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 3 days (72 hours) before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, we will charge the client a full amount of the missed appointment fee or a full session in case of a pricing plan.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency such as illness, natural disaster, all of your cancellation fee or training sessions may be applied to future services. In the case of health issues, please, provide a necessary reference from a doctor or clinic.
Late arrivals
If you are more than 15 min late for your training without notice, we may not be able to accommodate you. Please inform your trainer on your late arrival so she can adjust accordingly. Please understand that your training will be finished on the scheduled time.
