Olga takes a highly personalized approach, understanding that every individual has unique goals, limitations, and habits, and designs each training and nutritional plan accordingly.

How It Works
The online coaching program begins with a minimum duration of 3 months, providing you with:

  • Personalized Training Plan: Tailored to your goals, this plan is designed for you to follow in your own gym. You will record videos of your exercises to ensure proper form and technique. Depending on your plan, you’ll send these videos for review either weekly or daily. Olga will provide feedback to help correct and improve your technique.
  • Customized Meal Plan: You'll receive a meal plan based on your specific needs, and for the first 3 days, you’ll send photos of all your meals for review. After that, you'll continue submitting meal photos either daily or weekly, depending on your plan, to ensure you're following the guidelines correctly.
  • Weekly Check-ins: Every week, you’ll send progress photos (front, back, side) and answer a set of questions designed to assess your progress. Based on these check-ins, Olga will give personalized recommendations, making adjustments to your training or meal plan if necessary to keep you on track.
  • Monthly Plan Updates: Every month, your training plan will be updated, and your meal plan will be adjusted according to your progress to ensure you’re moving closer to your goals.

Why 3 Months?
The 3-month duration is essential for achieving visible, sustainable results. While you may begin to notice changes within the first month, true body transformation, including cellular-level changes, requires at least 3 months of consistent effort and dedication. This process ensures long-term success and lasting improvements.

Throughout your journey, you’ll have daily accountability measures, feedback on your workouts and meals, and ongoing support. Olga’s focus is on creating an effective and sustainable program that prioritizes your health and well-being while delivering real, visible results.
