My story
I currently work in Tokyo and provide my services at one of Japan’s leading gyms, Gold’s Gym. For over 20 years, I worked as a fashion model, featured in magazines like Vogue, Numero, and Elle, and walked for prestigious designers such as Armani, Dior, and Chanel at Fashion Weeks in Paris, Milan, and New York. During my time as a model, maintaining my physical fitness was always a priority, which eventually led me to pursue a career in fitness.
Since 2017, I have been a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, body recomposition, or improving overall health, my approach is personalized and results-driven. I tailor every plan to meet the individual needs of my clients, ensuring they see sustainable, long-term results.
I currently manage the diets of over 25 professional models and coach over 2000 clients, offering them guidance on fitness, nutrition, and living a healthy, balanced life. Alongside this, I have competed in Bodybuilding competitions in Japan, becoming a medalist and a member of the Japan Bodybuilding Federation (JBBF), Muscle Gate Tokyo, and a Japan Cup Finalist.
